Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are accepted in South African Rand. Online card payments, bank transfers and direct booking payments may be accepted. The client is responsible for bank charges, payment fees and correct payment references.

Payment Policy
This Payment Policy applies to all bookings and services purchased from Mthunzi Tours and Safaris.
1. Currency
All payments are processed in South African Rand / ZAR.
International clients are responsible for any exchange rate differences, international bank charges or payment provider fees.
2. Payment Required to Confirm Booking
Bookings are confirmed once 100% payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A quotation or invoice does not guarantee availability until payment has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Mthunzi Tours and Safaris.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
Mthunzi Tours and Safaris may accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer / EFT
Online card payment
Visa and Mastercard payments where available
Direct booking payment methods approved by Mthunzi Tours and Safaris
Bank account details will be provided on request or on the official invoice.
4. Bank Charges and Payment Fees
The client is responsible for any bank charges, international transfer fees, payment gateway charges or card processing fees where applicable.
Mthunzi Tours and Safaris must receive the full amount due before the booking is confirmed.
5. Proof of Payment
For EFT or bank transfer payments, clients may be required to send proof of payment to:
The booking will only be confirmed once the funds reflect in the correct account or once Mthunzi Tours and Safaris accepts the proof of payment.
6. Failed, Late or Incorrect Payments
Mthunzi Tours and Safaris is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references, payments made to incorrect accounts, failed transactions, payment reversals or delayed bank processing.
If payment is not received on time, the booking may be cancelled or released.
7. Pricing Errors
If an obvious pricing error appears on the website, quotation or invoice, Mthunzi Tours and Safaris reserves the right to correct the error before confirming the booking.
8. Responsibility for Transactions
Mthunzi Tours and Safaris takes responsibility for customer service, booking support, dispute resolution and the delivery of services purchased directly from Mthunzi Tours and Safaris, subject to these policies and any applicable third-party supplier terms.
